We want you to feel confident ordering from Auto Seat Zone. As our products are custom-made and vehicle-specific, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Products
All Auto Seat Zone seat covers are made-to-order, customised, and produced based on vehicle details and images submitted by the customer.
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only in the event of:

Manufacturing defects, or
-
Verified fitment issues not caused by incorrect installation or vehicle details
To be eligible:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging

Clear photographic evidence must be provided before approval

Returns sent without written approval will be refused
Important Return Conditions

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We do not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return shipping

Used or altered products are non-returnable

Items returned in unsellable condition will be rejected and returned at the customer’s cost
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Processing time for refunds: up to 10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
3.2 Partial Refund Policy

If only part of the order is affected, we do not refund the full order

Refunds, where applicable, are limited strictly to the affected component

Minor fit adjustments, cosmetic variances, slight color variation due to differences in monitors/ displays, or installation-related concerns do not qualify for full refunds.
4. Replacements & Remakes (Primary Resolution)
For fit or damage concerns, replacement or remake is the primary resolution, not a refund.

Replacement parts are produced based on the verified issue

Customers must provide the requested photos, measurements, or confirmations

Replacement timelines depend on production schedules (usually 2-4 weeks)
Refunds are considered only if:

A replacement is not feasible, or
-
A verified defect cannot be resolved after a reasonable attempt
5. Warranty Claims
All products include a 90-day limited manufacturing warranty.
To submit a warranty claim:

Claims must be made within 90 days of delivery

Clear photos and details are required
Approved warranty resolutions may include:

Replacement or remake
-
Store credit
-
Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Return shipping for warranty claims remains the customer’s responsibility.
6. Cancellations

All Auto Seat Zone products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you agree to our cancellation policy below.

Within 24 hours: Orders can be canceled for a full refund.

After 24 hours (before shipment): Orders enter production after 24 hours. Cancellation is still possible, but a $100 cancellation fee will apply to cover production costs incurred. The remaining balance will be refunded.

After production / once shipped: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production has been completed.
This applies to all custom, made-to-order, and vehicle-specific products.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If a different configuration is required:

An approved return (if eligible) must be completed

A new order must be placed separately
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns.
Please note:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may void eligibility for refunds or replacements

Chargebacks raised while the product is in use, or retained by the customer (not returned to us), may be disputed with evidence

We retain all records, including:

Order confirmations
-
Customer communications
-
Submitted vehicle photos
-
Production records
-
Shipping and delivery confirmation
-
These records may be shared with banks, PayPal, and card issuers during dispute reviews.
